They are looking to expand their business and get more clients as the business grows. To do that, they also need to ramp up the number of their workers to keep up with their existing and new clients.

Process: The owners decided to focus on getting clients and just hire someone who can do the recruitment process for them. They approached KB Recruiting a few months ago.
