Since the beginning, in January 2011, Spotless continues to be focused on meeting customer needs.

Since then, the owner Sheila Crapers has been trying to master the hiring process since they need reliable cleaners as their business grows over the years. But to no luck, she was still having difficulty in hiring people, and that was when she gave up and took the leap and try outsourcing the hiring process.

Process: Sheila Crapers, the CEO met Krystal Bella about 2 years ago through Youtube. KB was then busy sharing her automated office tools. She was struck by how good this automation was. Fast forward to the end of 2021, she decided to purchased KB Recruiting's hiring automation system.
